I like Eclipse, it's pretty lightweight, especially compared to Monodevelop. But it kinda handles it's projects in a much different manner then VS/Monodevelop. Thanks for the replies guys - I do use a tablet. Mapping right click to another key might be a good idea, or shrinking the document size ever so slightly as thomasp suggested.
