Sry, my only concern with this is how impractical it is in combat. If you slash it down like a sword, either the gun barrel will break in half, or your wrist will suffer greatly. There's also not enough space to hold with 2 hand-style for extra support. Unless you are just cutting down Slimes and jelly...
The recommended bones for skinning weapons aren't always right. With my Sven sword, they said to use like Weapon_0, but it ended up being like Hand1. Helenek called it when we imported the model too, and I doubted him since Valve said to use Weapon_0.. but he was right, not the workshop.
OK time for a update to the skeletons weapons created in Modo Zbrush and substance painter I'm having some issue with liht bleed through the back of my walls :P will either make the walls solid or use blockout walls block problem areas. New sword colours First pass on the shield

The dog walking has a horrible glitch in his step, as if he is injured. The female run cycle is very off as well. You need to revisit both of these cycles and adjust the timing on these. The Sword swing and idle are good as is the box push. Overall its not bad. It's obvious you have some animating skills.
Sweet, I like the first two the best here. I really like all the small details you put into the armor and sword, making it feel used and abused. And the second one, it has this sort of animation feel to it. That might just be me though. Cool stuff, hope to see some more.
