Hey eric looks like you have a pretty good start on your character. But there is a good deal of room for improvement. First off I would lose the first pose, I can't tell if he is falling backwards, stomping on that mushroom, or sitting on thet rock, very confusing. Eselle - If you're referring to the pads on the walls there's a couple of things that can cause problems with that. Make sure that the hard edges are broken up in the UV shells - baking a hard edge into a solid UV island causes problems. also it looks like the pads may be trying to have a smoothe transition with a face… -
