Are you asking if you should use one texture for multiple objects? Or if you should use the same UV layout for different objects? What are you asking here?
Looking good so far, interesting concept and layout. Those chairs are looking a little squat though, might be helpful to keep a human scale reference in the scene for comparison.
Are there any, Particle Effects, Cut Scene/Layout, Technical Artist or Animatiors out there that would like to stand up against this tsunami of oppression from poly baking elitists :)
Looks awesome, and good material definition. Also, that texture presentation: It looks good! It might be interesting to implement a feature that-auto generates these, or similar layouts, right into Marmoset Toolbag.
here is the sketch/ layout i have come up with so far. The level will be a garden style setting in the mountaintops surrounded by sandstone buildings. Currently in pre-production. on schedule.
I think you're making great progress! You'be done a great job getting the layout and spacing spot on. I'm looking forward to seeing this get wrapped up!
