Thanks guys, the buildings seem a little less rigid when the textures are on, but is still a little visible, could be the way I have set the pivot points on the grid? I'll try and adjust them in the meantime :) Obscura, the excessive tris are from the train tracks I believe, they are about 900 per asset which is due to the…
the comments regarding anatomy are lolz, if referring to the face. yes it's stylized! i think the face is great, good character. i will comment that the shoulders do look out of place, and the body could be structured a bit better. i'd bring the shoulders back a little bit, and bring that pivot point a lot closer into the…
Pretty cool so far Guedin, I really like the natural feel to it and the way you handled random little accidents like the missing material ID or the floor and character having the same pivot point. That kind of stuff tends to be left out and then when it happens to the viewer they can get stuck and frustrated pretty…
What exactly do you mean by "plotted all the edges on the model"? This is not the usual method for making UVs. If you're doing Pelt, you need to Pelt those edges.
The deepth of the buildings and streets is really nice, I have the feeling on an endless city. I hope that your project will be a multiplayer game ^^ What is the Plot behind your project?
And now we see the true deviousness of Skynet's plot to destroy humanity. Robots sent to the past to destroy the leader of the resistance? Nah, to complicated. Porn, THAT is the key to our undoing.
it was kinda 'meh'. There were some plot holes that felt rushed. Pacing was WAY off. All this was expected though when you try and put 3 villains in the story.
Anyone is who a fan of the movie akira, and hasn't read the manga, should do so. The movie is a bit nonsensical plot wise because they tried to jam too much in there. Read the manga.
Someone else who didn't quite understand ;) - the quantum theory is genuinely significant to understanding the plot, so if you're not totally au-fais with it, you're understandeably going to miss the intricate details.
