Wow so you could basically get to see legendary concerts that you might have been too young to see. I hope someone does this to the 101 rose bowl concert from 1988.
Wow. simply awesome! This makes me go back to 1998. I wish there was more demand for these super low-res games, now that everyone's godamn phone can do phong shading and normal mapping.
Rhino3D: It was the program I taught myself 3D in, and while it's not the best workflow for games, it's booleans are second to none. Being able to scuplt at will with positive and negative volumes, in 1998, was awesome. I bet it's only improved since then.
I like to listen to drum and bugle corps. Great inspiration for instrumental music. [ame=" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PECUpJuUeAQ"]Madison Scouts Drum and Bugle Corps Malaguena 1988 DCI - YouTube[/ame]
lolz, the iMac came out in 1998 back when dinosaurs roamed the earth. Try calling the local paper, we used to give away our old machines we couldn't use any more.
check out Neill Blomkamps 1998 demo reel from Vancouver Film school. Not bad for 98, he obviously had some cinematic vision. [ame] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GQJKexgj_60[/ame]
Wikipedia shows that the F16 first flew in 1974, saw introduction in 1978, and that Iran's order for 300 of them was canceled by the fact that the Iranian Revolution occurred... ...in 1979. Sukhoi makes some damned amazing jets though.
