Brick texture I am working on for a Dishonored inspired environment. Might do a P&P thread, still in the air. A WIP. A ton of tiny things left to do. Disregard the sloped plane. already had it in the scene and then just applied the brick material to it. Maya screen grab with just Diffuse. In UDK:
Cathedral interior. Sort of inspired by a mix of Gloucester, Maria Laach and Salisbury and then some. Stained glass from Ely. Tapestry from unknown... :/ Limestone from France :D For my never-ending RPG... Can one guy populate nearly the whole UDK grid? We'll find out lol...

There's so much awesomeness on this thread; the level of skill on show from you guys is a constant inspiration.. So I thought I'd get my act together and post. Here's a few paintings I started a while back and recently picked up and finished again..second one is more of a speed painting..

I put this together around 5 in the morning. So basicly i ran out of time for finishing touches and im not that exited about the outcome. I might render this again later, we shall see.. But hey, at least this inspired me to do some Trine 2 level-fanart when i have time!
Oh man faf that looks amazing, definitively adding it to my inspiration folder. I've been wanting to do something in that style for some time now, this might give me the kick I need. You should add your name or website at the bottom of the images, chances are I'll forget who did it months from now :)
