@Bobo What in god's name did I just watch?? ...Scottsman.. tricycle..what?? I still play this game to this day with my friend...we still have yet to beat it. [ame] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sHCvn8KcrXM[/ame] I know they made Monster Madness, and I love that game.. but It's just not the same.
well justin, I get a bit frustrated that i can't do concepts like bobo, but i learned to live with it. I think it would take me as long these days to produce a nice 2d character as making it in 3d as a blockout. This is the last thing I did in 2d maybe 5 years ago and it's a bit shit overall
Hey thanks for looking Dwalker, anything else you feel isn't up to scratch?. I'll see what I can do about getting rid of the sideboard. It's build into the wordpress theme and html isn't my strong suit but Ill have a play around, a proper logo is definitely on the list of things to do as well.
Heh, i would like to make Nick Frost in cop car with icecream a bit later, but as midlepoly with displacement, etc. Also about small details on weapon, i decide to generate all logos on normal map, i thin it will look more cleat and i should not devide mesh to create crazy polycount in the scene.
I am no expert on websites or anything, but the one thing that I was told repeatedly when making mine was to add wireframe pictures and not to rely on sketchfab. (I had sketchfab wig out once on an interview so this is a big thing, I think) Otherwise your stuff is awesome and I love your logo on the top! :D
I think the only thing that's annoyed me is the cross checking between actual wattage capacities, or why all MOBOs don't play nice with all CPUs. Can someone correct me if I am wrong that this is really the only "esoteric" wall that people need to get over once they think it's vaguely like LEGOs?
i think you could try a landscape format, like the usual char skins are, would feel already more dynamic. in your first sketches you already started better using the space, but looks a bit pressed in the end with the logo/ text. and yea, with some more anatomy ref you will have an eaven cooler image! :)
i am pretty sure 400W wont be enough for your current setup with the new parts you mentioned above. i suggest ~600W. also make sure your old power supply has all the proper power connectors for your new mobo such as the 8-pin CPU power without the need of a converter.
AFAIK those aren't exposed to scripting, I remember some poor excuse for it Bobo had to explain. I'm sure Zeboxx over at CGTalk maxscript forums has or could come up with a UI accessor script to do it (basically, a way to press UI buttons via script). I can check in a few days.
Very sorry to hear this, Josh. It's never easy losing a loved one, but it's always harder around the holidays. I'm glad to hear that your family is doing well. I hope you all can manage a good holiday throughout. My thoughts and condolences are certainly with you. Must say BoBo, I love the avatar.
