I really like that piece of animation, man. Ive been wanting to use Mind Heist for something for the longest time but looks like you beat me to it. Could you post up the actual robo girl model? Also, animation is definitely welcome here, you just don't see as much of it as modeling and texturing. -

Illustrator is a great program for graphic design work but is not a drawing tool. It uses lines and line-based shapes which are filled and/or stroked. The model seems very well done, though i have some small issues with the design which can both be fixed by removing the logo. Firstly, I am highly skeptical that Vans has or ever would sell a turtle neck sweater, also, she looks more like a hipster than a skater girl. -

Finally got a chance to work on this again! Here is the list of things I did: - Worked on lights and darks; - increased highlights on metal; - dirty wheels, darkened wheels texture in general; - created simple logo for the banner; - added ropes; - other minor changes in materials - increased padding. Looks good so far! I agree with theStoff with adding some variation. I would also recommend adding a logo or email at the bottom as well as removing the marmoset backgrounds. You can render out a TGA, then place it in photoshop and add a simple gradient or color to the background so you just present your props. -

yes, that could have been it! in my case, my company was pissed b/c of the downtime - and the lead artist who let me use his machine. oops! btw. i use an intel/ibm mobo these days as well. that works, but i still sometimes get the panic when plugging usb-devices in. asus nightmares. -

... wow...I switched from 7 to CS2 probably a month ago (now a little credit, I did move during that month...but)and the linking boxes have been gone the whole time? doh... I don't really use the linking much with painting, but I was doing some logo design the other day and noticed their absence. -

Sons of biatc###s, can't grow a dirty dirty hobo man-beard this time (form movember - into decembeard...) - got a wedding to go to in nov - and they specifically said no-mou's hang on - how is it this time last year i posted about this and people didn't have a clue - did we have some ninja mou lurkers gAAA!
