Hey, :) Looks great! Would you be mind posting a high poly wireframe without the Turbosmooth/subdivision? I'm a noob and like seeing how people have gone about modelling stuff.
That nice nice bake... Retopo done and baked in Substance Painter. It actually turned out really well! Not much issues at all compared to the first time I baked in substance. Here's the wireframe:
I think I could do it for real time but didn't plan to do it. I will post the wireframe so you can see it. Yeah I can fix the fingerprint and make it smaller.
I like the shape of the character but you could alot of poly's and make it around 1000 maybe less tri's. maybe google some lowpoly wireframes look at the lowpoly thread here on polycount.
Yeah... the old Maya logo was beautiful. I think what represent 3d more accurately are primitives, like a cube, sphere or cone, showing their wireframes. You could try a composition with them.
Lovely work and sharing the files is super generous of you, thank you! Would it be possible to see an image with the ground detail as well? It isn't in any of the beauty shots you posted, only the wireframe...
I dunno if its normal but its not bad lol. I often zone out in real life when something catches my eye and i'm forming a topological wireframe in my mind......
You probably should also include important info onto each of your project/image. - Wireframe + Polygon (tri) + texture map size / types - Your name or your website or both.
Update: Haven't posted in a few days, but here are some renders with my wireframe overlayed. I'd love some feedback on how I can improve my polyflow and game ready meshes.
Could you post a render with the wireframe please? Looks pretty cool so far, only thing I notice is the circle thingy (You might already know this) isn't connected properly.
