Heyo, this is what I've been working on most recently at work, I'd love some crit it's textured in Substance Designer so as soon as the new nodes get implemented in Unity the camo/colours/decals will be changeable in editor/at runtime
Thanks dude! Yeah I love decals for personal pieces and yep also love atmospheric ligthing haha, played a lot with Half Life 2 back in the day so it had a big influence :')
nice to meet ya sacboi, a form of chill'n, yeah. Affinity Designer... had to look that up. the work on your ArtStation, are these purely 2d vector or is a 3d conversion involved? been blind to graphic vector apps for a good decade.
What the others said and very nice modelling too. Side Note: was hoping to finish my Tiger 2 by the end of the decade : / although seeing your model helps keeping the faith continuing to work on it :)
Thanks a lot, Jackablade and mkZ3R0! I agree with your comments actually. Good idea for the cloud decals, I'm going to try this out. I hope I can update the thread with the results soon.
he posted here and shithead kids like me decried his beautiful big titty ladies. the last of the great outsized personalities at id. an important figure in 3d modeling for shooters. sorry Steed.
Hey Fozworth. Looking great so far! Did you made one texture map for it? Or it's tileable with decals ? And can you show the UV's? Bakes looks very clean! great job. Subbed.
Hey guys, new update is available, sorry for the delay ! :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tkPUJfy99pc Check out the Gumroad page for more info, and of course Maya LT 2016 and 2017 are both supported ! :)
Dam! the wallpaper material and the ground material look really good ! :D Are the raised areas of the wallpaper a decal ? if not could you explain how did you make them ? keep up the good work ^_^
I would try it with some polys that you could place like decals on the walls. Another option might be sculpting those things and using POM shader to make them look more realistic?
