It has a lot to do with the source mesh that you're baking your AO from. The mesh that PhillipK used to bake that map had a lot of variation in the bricks. No, you keep your level, all your items, all runes, all level ups, everything. The game gets way harder, enemies do way more damage and have way more HP. They also drop a lot more gold. Enemies you encounter in later parts of the game also populate earlier areas of the game now too. -

The model looks great, the textures need so TLC. The damage on the metal needs more variation, and brake it up a bit more. The handle could use some noise as well. The spec map needs some work as everything is reading as the same material type. There's another AK on here that has some wood texture-- might want to look at… -

I did photoscan a lemon not long ago. How do you manage having all the sides captured ? You obviously cannot just lay the fruit on the ground. I was running the fruit through a metal spike (since metal is reflective it wasn't captured on the scan) Results were not so good, I did damage the fruit a bit during the process :p -
