No, you could model separate elements that you could then use as stamps in the normal map for example, but alterating the model or the bakes is not allowed. -

Ely: Can't you just add a style="bottom-padding:130px" (or something like that) to the element you want to add space to? -

What are you trying todo with this part? Maybe there is an other way without dynamesh? Those elements are really small. Are you sure that the normalmap will capture the details? -
