This would be fairly easy to start, if the leaders and community members who post badass art put a little extra words in their posts, and set an example. well, from what I've heard around the boards, the Australian game industry has been drying up. So the choice is to stay in an industry you love at a crummy studio, drop out or move to the other side of the world for work.
Sry man, but I wouldn't recommend anyone using that basemesh. The topology is simply horrible. Something like this is better. BadKing also has free basemeshs to download on his site. http://www.badking.com.au/site/product-category/models/human/
umm. you could try checking the bitmap size in the video settings. or turn off anti-aliased lines. sry cant tell you how to do that right in a hurry but im sure you could find a youtube video
