your character look good but im not a character artist. heh I'd make a few fantasy based characters: knights, undead creatures, something to give you work more variety. Good luck applying
Another update: Gave him slightly more creature like eyes, changed some textures around and started working on his body textures.Still huge amount to do. Again renders done in marmoset Toolbag.
The face of your creature looks more like a bat atm. The teeth are not really canine and hairless animals seem to be a specialized taste. Above is just one example of the terrible dog. The bite and snout are pretty good.
Sweet model! I'd like to see it with a more predatory walk cycle, at the moment it looks a bit to much like a zombie walk, this creature looks like it should have a bit more of a aggressive walk style!
This was for a smaller project for my school called Foes and Friendlies -- had to do initial design concepts for characters and creatures. This was done during my internship at Disney Interactive and actually made it into the game, Disney Dream Treats!
Wow! Really digging this! Love the style, and I would choose the first group of characters/creatures. I like the pixel-style with the little extra detail. I also think it fits your world better!
[vv]69966246[/vv] Recently I have been tweaking the giraffe run for a few evenings :) its a bit faster, with more weight and generally more alive as a creature. Would love some feedback Z
The overall theme is interesting! If I'm seeing it right The water at the base is a cool idea, it would be interesting to make use of that space and fill it with some Koi or other such creatures. Looking forward to seeing where this goes. :D
Yeah..I know I'm going to go watch it, but I would have really preferred if the whole thing was CG. The humans just look so out of place to me, given the proportions of the orcs/creatures.
