Maybe they threw out a large number, knowing that people might try negotiating, yet many others would just pay. So, they were prepared to drop to 7% for those who raise a concern, but screw others who don't ;)
I hope there is some serious social media buzz about this kickstarter game the last 7 days, I'd love to see the studio saved. And this guy is one of the humblest and honest people I've ever seen talk about their studio.
I think for my current job, the interview took about 7-8 hours, and I actually started to get a cramp in my jaw from all the talking towards the end of the day. :D Obviously, the interview went well. :)
Pixelmate has now been released on Gumroad! https://gumroad.com/l/pixelmate Here's a discount for Polycounters :D https://gum.co/Pixelmate/polycounters It's good for 25 people to get it for $4 instead of 7 Hope you guys love it!
Right but how high actually IS the cost of switching? Because the amount that larger studios pay on max/maya licenses is easily in the 6 and 7-digit range. And you've only got to switch once to stop paying that cost every year.
Thanks Yes I use this for all outside shots now, but because some scenes are outside at night, I've used other lights. For the street lights, for the headlights etc. There are around 7 prop lights as well as 2 normal lights.
I work near ABB robots, and that kind of dirty/used texture is spot on. In fact, if no one cleans the robots up and keeps them running 24/7, it ends up in even worse shape. Great stuff yet again!
Nice stuff man! I think that's my level from Black Mesa (if its the first part of Office Complex), I remember working on that about... 6/7 years ago now! Flipping heck, time goes fast.
Oooh, thanks, that sounds interesting. I would much appreciate this. Tablet is Intous 3, Windows 7. I'm trying to switch Middle Click and Right Click to the Primary button on my tablet (the one located nearest to the tip). Cheers!
You can use the zRemesher but it can be tricky to get such clean results, the step 7 "polish by groups" is really what makes this so much better than the zremesher guides, in my opinion at least. Thanks for the cool tip @BradMyers82!
