Just Photoshop? Any laptop would with an i5 and plenty of ram would be fine. A laptop with a dedicated GPU like a GTX 1050 or 1060 would be nice, and cost around $1000, and be the ideal starting place for game art. ASUS, Acer, MSI, and a few other brands should have good options around that price. -

Two weeks seems like plenty of time to learn, and get a process down, but I'd aim for doing it in a work week (40) hours or one day for each component of the process. To school yourself, try doing some lower end vehicles 100% in one day, and do this everyday to really speed up your process. Time yourself so you understand… -
