Work in progress anatomy practice. Mostly worked on legs and lower torso area for now. Its super dificult for me to beand my head around this. I want her to feel fit and femine. If anyone spots something weird going on those areas please let me know : )
Posted about this a couple weeks ago, and finally had a chance to revisit it, and try to address some critiques and advice. Image is just a test bake with some super basic color... got some areas to revisit still. Progress thread: http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?p=2319444#post2319444
Work in progress of a Grommash Hellscream sculpt I'm working on. Finished the blockout a few weeks ago and didn't have much time until now. Just started on the details. Let me know what you think! (Forum with more wips: http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?t=151297 )
It's a work in progress and I haven't been doing Maya for too long, but I'm having a hard time trying to figure out what to put in as detail on the first pic (don't know if it's clear enough) It's pretty bare all along those walls and I can't think of what to put in.
Decided to rebake an old piece of mine and to retexture it, using Substance Painter :). It's still work in progress, details like decals and small stuff is missing, but wanted to share anyways. All pictures are from inside UE4. The mesh has around 22k triangles and I use two set of 4k maps.
So basically for the past year or 2 my heart really hasn't been in it haha but now I'm back and ready to start progressing again. Definitely a huge waste of 2 years but what ever cant get it back now. Here's my latest sculpt took 2 nights and not finished yet.
Finally making some progress with my terrain: This is all just made with terrain layers/textures. Took me ages to get that terrain material where it is now but that was also because terrain shader compiling can easily take 15 minutes in UE4. That waterfall doesn't run, it is a painted waterfall like everything else.
I am brand spanking new here. This a scene I've based lightly off the Metro series. I haven't been 3D modeling very long (roughly a year), and I've only been using Unreal 4 for about a few weeks. This is about 5 to 6 hours of work, and it's still a work in progress.
Hello I am posting my anatomy study project here to get some good feedback to improve my work. Hope you like it Cheers Here is a quick comparison My work at the bottom, Frank Tzeng on top and middle-right and Adam Fisher middle-left. Hair and fine detail in progress
Thanks again man! Here is a screen grab I had laying around, the fov is messed up but its the final highpoly I believe. This is in my work in progress thread here as well, not sure if you looked thru that at all, but it pretty much shows my whole process. http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?t=138722
