I also have had this problem and it drives me fucking nuts and made me do things in a very roundabout way. It has stopped happening, but I think what I would do would be to save that obj as a separate tool, reboot Zbrush, open the tool and Dynamesh it, and then add it to my sculpt. Super annoying. -

@Burpee Floating geometry is geometry you place on top of other geometry, floating on top. An example of that are the nuts and bolts and some of the insets he has in his geometry. It saves a lot of time as you don't have to model it into your high poly and you can then bake it onto your low poly to almost the same effect… -

Good! I like the overall look. I can really only nit-pick some things: The wood of the stairs is pretty dark. It may just be that I'm hungry for lunch, but they remind me of chocolate. The vertical wooden supports could get darker near the bottom like the stone wall does. Thats about it, good job! -

yeah that 64 pixel paddding EQ mentioned also looks very cool Presentation wise:) if it's a tiled texture , is n't there an option to 'clamp' the texture so you don't get that 1 pixel bleed. long time since I have done this stuff with blitz 3d engine, can't find an option like this in max. -

sorry to hear that seforin - Well he could go on for years, just depends. He may pick up diseases as he has low immune system , so i might just start keeping him inside from now on. I knew I should n't have let him listen to the village people:) -

I'm waiting for Hunters to come out. Nintendo always suprises me, I remember thinking how nuts the rumble pad for the N64 was and how utterly psycho the DS sounded. Now I'm actually excited to see where they go with the Revolution. I guess that's why Nintendo has been around for over a hundred years. -

FWIW : For what it's worth HTFU : Harden the fuck up NFI : No fucking idea and I always thought IMHO was honest opinion? I noticed guys in cs constantly saying "oh BL" and I thought it meant back later. Though they did not leave the server after saying it. Then I realised it meant bad luck haha. -

Heh, yeah, you would be amazed how many emails I got about that blink. I was going to put a really freaky frame in there to really get people staring at it. Did anyone catch that bloody creepy image of the girl flash up that was going around the net a few years back. I nearly shat myself. -

target up in simi valley claims to have around 75-90 units for sale. We'll see if their just talking crap. so I got 2 friends up there camping. played it on thurs, lucky bastard that works at eb got one early and brought it to class. Red steel sucks nuts. just be warned.... -

You can't take away the harshness and still have a good art forum. If you could don't you think you would have seen it already somewhere else on the net? If you need a "friendlier" place there are plenty, but I feel more like friends with the people here than I do at any other forum.
