YEP! Lightmap generation is coming in 4.5 and it's awesome! Internally we've been using it without problems. It's great to be able to crank out modular variants and not have to recreate lightmap UVs.

What everybody suggested above is great. I must add in is it possible you would consider using modular pieces for the walls? I think it would save time , ect.
What I'm working on at the moment; modular railway tracks. This part tiles seamlessly, but is still missing the parts that bolt the tracks to the sleepers. Let me know what you think.
Been working on high poly wall section. Hoping to generate modular objects and textures from a series of these. Next attempt will try something more subtle, little less detail.
Baked out the pieces and created some modular pieces, currently experimenting with colours and levels of wear, I imagine the paint colour and amount of exposed wood will change throughout the project
Sick and tired of working on the water so I switched to some of the other assets that needed doing. In this case I added the small shrub trees and a modular cobble floor asset.
