the tiling of the rocks and shingles stand out. also the distribution of the snow is very uneven. its on the whole of the roof, but not on the side panels and crevices of your windows...
Tiling textures for most of the building, and it looks like a blend layer on the roof for the moss. Decals, or floaters, are probably the easiest way to do the corner pieces.
