Critiquing the developers on the back of what looks to be the publisher's fuck up is a bit of a harsh call from a group of game dev's though. Looks pretty good but the exhaust looks a little excessive even for that style, Doesn't quite fit with the tiny lite for me but I might be wrong. I also hate when personal problems get in the way of making art, had my fair share of that recently, glad to see your this is back on track :) -

This might help someone so I'll go ahead and post it. I struggled with extremely poor performance on my home machine with displacement painting. Turns out I had my display properties set to force AA which Silo apparently really hates. Set it to "app preference" and all is well -

I make my work for myself, mostly, but when I was working (I HATE being unemployed), I had to keep the client in mind. When it's like that, though, I always try and find something I can learn, and become better at. But in all honesty, sometimes I just do it for the money. -
