Don't forget to extend that to the rest of her as well. Right now you've got the broad strokes settled, and have gone straight to the detailing like the bits of trim, stitching on the bag, etc. Try to nail the medium frequency forms first. Lookin' forward to the updates. :)

you could just simply divide it into thirds: 1.bottom piece 2.damaged piece 3.Top trim you could also make an undamage piece and various damaged pieces so you can build a nice variety of buildings.
from those previews it looks reeeeally stark. the colours don't really match jugg at all. he's more bleached bone than bathroom white. also with just 2 colours it looks kinda unfinished. maybe try some red trim?
