A bit hard to describe, but when adjusting levels, or hue/saturation levels inside photoshop CC 2019 I'm seeing my last selected adjustment get multiplied when I re-adjust. Agreed with everyone, the face feels very realistic, after you finish your character, you could try some subsurface scattering on a portrait render of the head to get a life-like render.
