Get a hardware calibration tool. You can't judge an LCD monitor without it having been properly calibrated. Compare it with a properly calibrated (also hardware calibrated) CRT monitor to check the colours. -

OK, I think I figured it out. I'm having everyone adjust their driver gamma to match the 2.20 image, since we're all on WinOS and using CRTs. Seems to be working well. -
