Only thing I use splines for are large curved objects that require precision. An example of this would be the road surface in Forza3. -

Preliminarily, such beautiful videos can be processed using bright effects, for example, converting (https://www.animatron.com/blog/8-best-video-editing-software-for-youtube/) text objects into vector forms. At the same time, animations can be made from the resulting paintings, and the number of renders is sky-high. -
