@illbleed Thank you very much for following me! To answer your question the majority of the time I model first and paint according to the wireframe afterwards. :) @Wakkamis Thank you! :)
Nice work, it looks really like the concept. I'm wondering if you would like to post the final model with the wireframe on, I would really find that interesting. Thank you.
Thanks! I actually already retopoed the body a few days ago. Here's the wireframe along with some more overall detail on the body. I'll start retopoing the head now!
Hi Karl It's not a bug... I can only presume you've turned it off on your Polyf icon. http://polycount.com/discussion/150285/zbrush-wireframe-wont-show-up
Works nicely, scene is loaded in 2 secs here (60 mb/s). Model looks nice, there's indeed the shadow on the floor that intersects with the tire. Maybe add a wireframe mode?
Really fantastic work, I do agree with Crazy_Pixel that some better material definition could really push this piece farther. Do you mind posting some wireframes?
These are just great. Fantastic modeling skills. Would you mind posting some wireframe shots without smoothing on? :) Aside from that request, top notch man, keep it up!
Wow, this looks really awesome, the amount of detail is great. =) To be honest I'm kinda curious about the wireframe of some of the assets and what software you are using to build your shader.
In Maya, check from the ortho views in wireframe that your low/high silhouette is matching up. It's very important to ensure both surfaces are closely matched for more predictable bakes.
