I love the detail on the suit, would love to see some of those elements transfer to the surface of the vehicle.

Select all and click rescale elements. This will normalise the texel density relative to the geometry/uv island scale.

The gender isn't clear, and the clothlike elements have really vague wrinkling. Metal is looking good, though.

Switch the renderer to mental ray and ambient occlusion will be a new element you can add in render to texture.
