you could make a 4 poly plane and simply bevel and use radial align to make any size perfect circle. http://www.pixelfondue.com/blog/2017/1/31/modo-introduction-to-the-radial-align-tool?rq=radial align Also... if it doesnt have to be modeled you could use the stencil displacement method and save on creating all the geo.…
If you have the latest service pack for Maya 2017 you get some nice uv tools. All I do in Maya to UV is use camera map for quick dirty planar maps then unfold and do stitch selected. It's similar to how I used to work in 3ds Max. I also mark and cut edges then unfold3d. You can do an automatic unwrap then stitch the uv…
I've been working on a bit of an update to the tool, based on some great feedback I've been getting. http://teckartist.com/?page_id=107 There's a changelist on that page, but I'll sum up the big ones: -Now you can load flowmap textures (tweak existing ones, or continue working where you left off last) -toggles for flipping…

I'm building it in UE4 using baked lighting, I'm going to use only Substance based programs as well as Zbrush and Photoshop.…
We are seeking a specialist in Unity FX but with a strong Fur and Hair experience on characters and creatures. If you can bring to life, for example, a furry rabbit enjoying a gentle breeze of wind rushing over his fur coat in game in Unity. That is the talent we require on our production. Whether through cards or other…
Hey polycount! I'm a hobby artist studying at university right now, but I'd like to get to a professional level where I'm satisfied with my art (and get into freelancing). In an effort to inspire myself, I'll be posting my adventures in the world of digital studies here. My goal is to draw and post at least 365 studies…
