Trying to improve my textures. All maps were created with Photoshop only. Diffuse Map only Normal, spec and AO maps only applied. All Maps applied. No textures

It also could be normal map seam or UV map, please provide UV, diffuse and normal map here

Sadly no, the lightmass specular is still wrong. It's just not in your face when you have a diffuse/spec map on it.

PBR explained simply: Albedo = diffuse roughness = basically glossiness reflectivity = specular metalness = how coloured is the specular
