Agreed, I looked into skinned cloth as well. I tested this character on an Android tablet(2-core) and it runs well with the interactive cloth so I decided to keep it. He's just a portfolio piece ATM, If I decide to use him in a project I may have to consider a more optimized approach. thanks for the suggestion
Thanks. Yeah, I noticed that when I was designing it but in the end I decided to keep it like it is as the barrels look better aligned like that than horizontal. So atm it is a little unrealistic, I'm planning to re-work it somehow when I come back to it. There should really be 2 triggers as well but I left them out.
@Duncan - I'd go with number 2. Like others, I think the flow is better. @FieldScarecrow - Those are amazing man. Love how much you were able to do with just black and white! Finally got some clean normals. Going to start texturing this soon. I could use more texturing practice. :/

thx guys! rollin : Nothing fancy really. I use mudbox for sculpting (and Zbrush for mesh creation and everything else). In mudbox, I only use 3 or 4 brushes : Standard with 2 custom made falloffs, flatten, fill brush (mind blowing brush when you know how and where to use it) and sometimes the scrap brush. That's it!
