Im here just to cry and say I hate valve, had my skywrath mage staff particles working properly, and since last mega patch they just broke them. And there is no way I can't seem to make them work,(tried both Dota 2 and Dota 2 test, both with requirement page model and decompiled model, nothing works). Shame on you Valve xD
Well the importer will kick out .mdls to steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\dota\models\items, and the zipped content to steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\content\dota\models\items. Added a new section to the character rig dump guide, guess you can't really call it that anymore though. New section is a tutorial on rigging a ward, at least my process on it.
