you could try masking + polishing it out, or you could try projecting the original high res details back to that area by applying a soft mask selection and projecting
yeah, pretty much what I mean. the diffuse makes it look angular, but parts of it look soft. primarily the part under the out-cropping of the rock (upper section)

You need to apply hard edge normals to your low poly mesh in accordance with where your UV splits are. Everything else should be soft for the most part.
with the improved textures it looks much better. Many of your edges are too soft however, taking away from the realistic look, maybe have a look at that for the next model
Looking pretty solid. The handle kinda bugs me, maybe because it looks so soft (almost play-do like), and it contrasts too much with the rest of the gun.
