I own a Cintique 21ux and have worked on 22HDs, they are amazing. I've messed around with the Yiynova MSP19U+, it's pretty good but if you don't feel comfortable with doing some heavy troubleshooting on your computer I wouldn't recommend it, out of the box it won't work with everything.
