If I recall, you can bake a bent normal map in xNormal and if you leave the settings at default, it's identical to an object space map. -

"C" is the default hotkey for colour picker if I remember right, you probably just changed the current foreground colour, as PolyHertz said. -

Check under Customize->Customize User Interface. If the command is available in there you can assign your own shortcut if there's nothing assigned by default. -

Do you mean image based reflection? Beacuse imagebased lighting is kinda the default lighting option when you bake shadows. -

In your scene is only the default (root) namespace which is always there and which can be ignored. Reference your rig into an empty scene, and it will be in a namespace.
