-So now my plan is to create several tilable textures to cover the environment, plaster, concrete, metal, wood, plastics, brickwall. These will cover the big areas, using the trim textures from early to break up simplicity. -Then tackle the prop's
This is my WIP so far, still have to put a little more detail on the materials and add some decals as well. Still working on the water shader, have a temp material there for now. Probably need to trim the grass a bit too.
Ya, a few more of the 3-d geo tiles mixed in on the roof would be good, then move on to texturing the rest of it. Wood trim and those gray corner blocks are screaming for attention. Found some decent ref for ya. Keep going!
Hi @Merlynn Wow your last material with additional patterns and golden trims is so nice. I wasn't expecting this but It's working so well :) I will create my own thread a bit later in the day ! Have a nice day ;)
i typically use a combination of clay tubes, dam standard and trim dynamic, but that's more to get the shape of larger chunks of hair, especially for something stylized...i love that hedgehog(?) on the club right now. It amuses me deep inside.

I have no problem with the scarf geometry, it's the model it's placed on. You can tuck in the gut and trim the chin area a little bit. As it is right now, it's coming off as a short, dark, mexican. Tell Kiki she did a great job.

Ok, so Ive made some more changes I tried to create rim lighting (not sure how good it is) and desaturated the grass and the creature. dirigible, I really appreciate the paint-over man but I really don't know about the green. Personally I really like the one with the blue background but maybe i can get rid of the over…
