I imagine if the Foundry have been concentrating heavily on improving Mari for a game dev pipeline, they will add some nice features to the new Modo update as well.
Tried to fix the face this is what it became i feel like it got a bit better. Now preparing to get into mari to paint some texturing xyz displacements.
brought my model into sketchfab, testing out my normal maps, next steps will be to figure out my color scheme and bring it into mari for texturing model

Coming along nicely! Not about the project, but the presentation: Your HDRI/angle of choice seems pretty evenly lit for many renders, washing out the normals. The wardrobe seems to remedy that, though. That being said, a more pastel look could work well, too. The table reminds me a bit of the Brambly Hedge TV show in that…
