What's the purpose? I'd say you are close enough. Not worth the extra effort, except for learning purposes. Professional game artists rely on the model looking it's best only in the game itself. I checked your mesh, and one big issue is the overlapping of the two "cross shaped" sides. You have different smoothing on the two sides - one side is smoothed and the another use hard edges, so basically they need different shading/normalmap. 2 options here... don't overlap them, or put that hard edge to the another side… -

I think if you'd put up a request asking if someone was willing to do this for you the reactions might have been more positive than making several artists compete for something. We spend the time but might not get the cash in which case it would be 1-2 hours for $0 and you'd get a product for $200 no matter what. So say…
