I think it's just the nature of the beast because I never got an answer about it ! You're spot on with the smooth brush, it's the only way I know that works even if it's tedious. http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?p=1976424#post1976424
Just got back from the movie. It was fucking awesome! The artists that worked on this movie are beasts. Every set had an amazing style and feel to them. Great acting and writing as well. Definitely my favorite Marvel movie so far.
hmm, great sculpt, but a little ways away from the original comic character. Not sure how much it evolved before the series ended, but he was a little more beast-like and exaggerated in a few areas. Sweet so far though!
How come? It's a beast of a machine that guys working with video would love. It's designed to handle 4k footage which makes sure that all bandwidth between the components have to be top notch. I wouldn't mind working with it for 3d either.
That is a fun looking beast. Goodluck getting that skin right. I think your tail fin needs more spines and the torso fin needs to seem more fin like. Yours looks like a high arcing spine atm. :)
Hi everyone ! I've done a lot of work on this beast during this last 2 weeks, sorry for not upgrade it. So for now, I think that my sculpt is done ! Let's moove on Topogun ! Any C&C are welcome again ! Thanks :)
@Makkon Love those Faeries! @eazy love this sharp shark boy @danipanteez love that cat! An Art trade with a friend, Quinnred, I animated they’re dream beast,Grunnheild! the original design is here [mod edit: fixed quote]
yup UDK generate unique uv's is like making a second set in maya. Never lit a night scene but maybe a dominant directional light on low brightness might give the moon lit feel. Lighting is a whole another beast :)
I had to use UE3 editor because back then I didn't have a powerful enough computer. And it wasn't mine. But now i'm flyin with a 8gig 64bit windows 7 beast. So UDK is loaded up and ready to go!
My first thought was to update the drivers but to my surprise this card is no longer supported for me. Looks like thats just one more reason I should build myself a beast computer to replace this piece of junk laptop :P
