Sounds like last years E3 gameplay footage of The Division, just replace all the conventional weaponry and enemies with monsters and magic. You'd essentially use three different models/materials: One for the eye (for SSS, iris refraction), one for the cornea (reflection) and one for the shading, each successive part scaled up a little bit to avoid z-fighting. Well... this was a while ago... now I have win7 and I can't seem to see thumbnails of .flv files in this version of windows. I did tried Vegas magic script, but had no luck whatsoever.
