I've recently finished this scene I've done inside Unity. It is a modular elevator shaft. I focused more on the lighting of the scene as I wanted to achieve a cinematic look. Here are some screenshots:
Today I noodled around with the start of modular pipe system for the detail pipes: And I also threw together a first modeling pass for the upper windows:
I set up a vertex paint shader following the UDK Modular Masterclass from Eat3D and yeah it doesn't work. the problem is I can't seem to paint on to my mesh.
Work is continuing, although the "throne" itself is only blocked out somewhat. working to keep the pieces as modular as possible, with reusable components, but still enough variety.
@Vincent_DEROZIER thanks for the response. Gotta look into it since it seems like a really nice and fairly efficient workflow for some unique, non-modular meshes. Cheers!
