well depending on the build, you should be kept up to date, so you can't blame the it guys. if we ever had an unstable build we would be told about it and revert to the previous stable build. I would n't say unreal was any worse in that regard that with any other engines i have worked with
lucky me not using shortcuts^^ i never thougt about that anytime in real life^^ lucky you being no coder, thinking about how to code how people acting, rain and stuff that happens around me drives me nuts^^ tight atm i see dead people, i think i need a nap
I don't know if anyone is going to see that net very well from a distance. Its hardly noticeable from that first shot. I would maybe focus on key elements that help break up the environment. I'm talkin large objects that might attract the viewers eyes. Maybe work on the smaller details when these are in place.
d'oh, I was so proud of my rock texture too, oh well, it's going to be redone now anyway. I have a question about lightmaps, the Mythic job page list generating light maps as one of the responsibilities of the environmental modeler. All I can find on the net are references to lightmapping levels or coding tutorials.
Hi everyone. I finally completed the UV and bake phase. Some of the nuts were made at the HP stage, and the rest were added in painter Here you can see how the overlaps was made. In the picture with a UV, you can see how the overlaps are made. It was done to get maximum texel
Had to uninstall today. In my stats it shows I've been on multiplayer for 45 minutes, yet I have still not been able to get in game. Changed my NAT settings, lowered firewall, made sure all my cords were connect (even though other games work). :(
@Auldbenkenobi Maybe you managed to solve your slowdown? I am having the same problem and it drives me nuts Did all the usual stuff, fresh win10 install, fresh max install, latest nvidia drivers without Geforce experience, power plan to high performance but nothing helps.
Superman's one weakness = a swift kick or strike to the nuts. That's the plot line I want to see. Batman gets Superman to hold heavy objects over his head then beans Superman in the groin with a football. Looking good. If you want a more realistic look I suggest scaling down all the bolts and nuts and details. At the moment those bolts are probably over an inch in diameter. When using the miniatures as reference don't forget that all the details are exaggerated and chunkified so they're visible on the 28mm miniatures.
Real nice progress, the one thing however that looks off is the German Iron Cross marking on the tank,in some of those reference pics the iron cross was either big and the top of it reached to top of the turret or the cross was much smaller then the one you have now. But perhaps im being nit picky :)
