I'm not sure it works with multiple layers, but Shift+F will perform the previous filter w/ the same settings, so you could just jump through the layers and hit Shift+F each time after doing it to the first layer.
To somehow go back to the original topic - Weren't the bumps in Halo all made by hand (as in, converted from B&W textures rather than generated from a highpoly source?) Not saying that it's good or bad - just think it is quite remarkable.
dude, u need more power supply in my opinion. I would stick with the mobo compatible w/ the i7, but maybe a good quad core will still be great for half the price. does the mobo max out at 6gig ram?

This is the automatic lip sync in action. You can make the characters say anything with any voice wav file. which makes me wonder why the Japanese version of HL2 was released with subtitles instead of a dub. DUMB with a capital W.
Can someone point me toward a good tweak tool script/plugin for maya that has quick smooth access (like the move tool in zbrush)? Also, anything similar to maxs connect function (w/ pinch and slide built in).
happens to me all the time, im alway acdiently trying to switch between the translate and rotate, and scale widgets using w,e,r. makes me wish i could rebind keys in udk.
When I lock my computer at the office, sometimes the viewport gets stuck on what was rendered before (only happens when using d3d viewport). So doing an ALT+W twice usually fixes it
Spent most of Sunday figuring out size & stuff. Played with lighting a bit. 6 yellowish lights, w/ the ambient box checked. Started some padding HP modeling. Not too happy with it yet :d
