Are you using any reference of a naked woman? I'd say the proportions on the outer legs (around the hips) look a bit too wide where the gluteus medius meets the iliotibial band, around that area. As far as anatomy goes, the anatomy of the back isn't quite right. You have a strange indent between the lats and the deltoids… -
