Not sure... but in blender when something like this happens its because you need to recalculate the bones roll (CTRL+N in edit mode). Maybe something similar?

Flat surface, triangle and n-gons are especially your friend in speeding everything up. If it doesn't cause any deformations in your sub-d model, you're fine.
#Solved. Go to pose mode, click on the bone that is stretching too much and... ...Press N... ...Look for IK Strech, and put it to ZERO. Thanks for who look for an answer to me.
