There is an "Uber Shader" graph included in the Maya LT presets folder. We included basic help documentation for ShaderFX with a simple starter tutorial. Anything more advanced, you are free to ask here.
Wow just beautiful, dude! Don't know what else to say.. saving to inspiration folder. I knew you could do male characters as well, but it's cool to see a recent one!
Thanks guys :) Pior> Yes indeed I do. The scene with the bars used for the images in the original post. Around 1GB of a Maya project folder full of raw uncompressed textures, PSDs, etc. :)
Haha, yeah, I had the same thought looking at some of these concepts. As awesome as they are, some of these would prove very challenging for a beginner. Still, some new additions to the reference / inspiration folder, for sure.
I send it as via google drive since my internet is a bit slow and it's easier to upload it that way, you can right click the folder and select download to get a zip of its content.
Been meaning to say this for a while - Congrats on the job. Your work is fantastic and that Normandy scene has been in my Inspiration folder for a long time now. Hope all goes well at the job.
the user folder you can choose where it goes with the commercial version. the netview is useful for tutorials, don't have to alt tab out to a browser. the constant online attempts probably checking for updates.
No surprises there. Glad I'm not relying on these tools, one bullet dodged. Press release for subscription price increase two years from now or so is probably all typed up and sitting in the 'draft' folder. :)
Ok that's strange. It's quite a simple script, so it shouldn't really fail. Are you sure the export path is correct and that it has write access to that folder ? Does it log anything in the Maxscript debug log ? (F11)
Try this: Exit 3ds Max. Rename this folder: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2015 - 64bit Start 3ds Max. If that doesn't work, then you'll need to re-install the product.
