I really like you site. It's personal but still very clean. Easy to use. The only thing is that it loads kinda slow, but then i'm pretty much on the other side of the globe. Really like you work, looks solid. The only thing i'm missing is HP shots and flats from the bigger scenes..
After rebuilding some areas of the low poly to add a bit more detail (now at 3,693 polys) I've wrapped up my final UVWs (no pun intended). The only shape that really gave me pause was the stock. I tried to hide the seams on the left side and under the stock. Is that the best solution?
so i changed the presentation of Mowen and added 2 more shots with front side back view. i also added my some of my traditional works. my portfolio then will contain far less than the actual artstation site (see here: http://skodone.artstation.com/) what do you think :)
Update: I added the corner pillars and the bookcase. it will help if you know where the problem areas will appear. it is uncomfortable every time rotate the model to make sure that I have not erased something from the back side and if I had erased something then I need undo, hide and began erase... I can freeze some surface, but it's also uncomfortable
i think the problem with the w is how its thin on the right. almost makes it read as two words "haw ken". maybe try to thicken that side up and see how it looks. i also like the flat top version at the top. i agree it feels more masculine. site looks good!
I know its not a 3d model, but i figure its art related. I just got a scooter and i thought i would use some reflective tape to bling my moped. I am kinda going off my old dragon tat concept for inspiration. C$C welcome. I am going to take off the "Vino" logo and i need ideas for that whole section. maybe some sketches…
Hello, I'm trying to kitbash a model with some already modeled components in maya, the way I do it is having one side let's say +x with separate objects grouped together which is my main working group. this group is then instanced on the other side -x so i can see it and work in symmetry. the problem is, if I add an object…
