Very nice job. I think it needs to be dirtied up a bit, right now it could be anyone's camper. You can see the dirt and grime in this pic" http://images.wikia.com/walkingdead/images/7/72/Walking_dead_1200.jpg
If you turn the larger horn around, it will almost look like a rhino or something :) Looks good! I'd put some simple scale design on his back or something or dirty him up like he's been in the dirt for a while
I think that adding some noise to the spec texture would help, along with more color variation and dirt (she is a hunter/survivor person, so I'd guess she'd get dirty after a while, especially the shoes and pants).
Looks really sweet! I think you could ad some more shine to the eye to really make it pop. also Im finding the hat a bit dirty/noise, its hard to distinguish the emblem and the color from the dirt.
Really liking the bricks, only thing I would change so far is the line where it go's from dirty to clean is kinda jarring. Best example I could find was this the dirt and grime gets lighter as it go's up
They're not dirty. It's the photons from the HDRI lighting that is creating that effect. I've been trying to research how to get rid of that "cloudy dirt effect". Also, since the phones are made of a reflective material, they take on a bit of the colours of their surrounding environment.
I agree with Missberetta, the curvature of the muscles definitely needs blending in. I would also dirty up the metal of the blade and the armour. Make it look worn and turn, blood splatter, dirt, etc. Right now its just too clean.
First two full Substance materials, made without tutorials! Really pleased with the wood - the dirt can be controlled to make it as dirty or as clean as needed. Absolutely loving the process! (and staring at walls too long to work out how to make them)
Now, I know that Marv is a character with a very rough life, and it makes sense that his face is all torn, and wrinkly, but somehow, when I look at his face, I can't help but think of dirt. Not that that's bad, Marv is a dirty person.
yeah i know, the pipes stand out quite much from all the dirtyness, maybe ill dirty it up and just let the red shine trough on some places. as for the spec, it's already quite specked but it's hard to notice in a still image. but still i have alot to work on. Too bad there ain't no time for old work, maybe ill cut down to…
