I never played DMC before either and I also think it wasnt what I expected it to be. The backgrounds are nice but the gameplay is way too repetitive. Compared to God of War the fighting/combo system is soooooo boring! And what the hell is up with that sword charging? You need to press a button 20 times to get about 10%… -

The fact that there are the most studios in Vancouver is what makes it hard. Because there's also the most talent (just look at how many PC'ers are here), they can fill any spots easily. And after the huge cutbacks there's been a big disparity between the number of positions and the number of people looking for work... Us… -

She is definitly colourfull. I get the feeling that she is a bit of a hardened veteran at this and doesn't care too much about other people. The way she casually moves. Very relaxed and knows she's right. Perhaps you should also give her the matching slang/outback accent to her speech. The glowing veins are lovely. -

lol thomasp, yes, i get your point - obviously there will be limitations and cutbacks in an actual engine which will make stuff look worse than it started out, but currently you will NEVER get realtime radiosity and soft shadows to the extent that something like VRay will do offline. but i agree, i'm too impatient to wait… -

i liked the red... but what you needed to do was vary it with dead vegetation and small paler rocks....and red soil comes from red stone so match those more.... it looks like some of austrlias outback and its more interesting than the normal oranges to browns that you see and just as natural.... fuck ive see massive purple… -

Yeah I was thinking about getting around to the izs. Its a pretty simple character so any details I can add the better. I`m actually thinking about adding the head dress, doing the white izs, and going for an outback render. We`ll see how far i get before I bury this one. :poly114:
