You need to recreate the Fresnel function, not use the standard one that comes with UDK since what you're looking for is a Light based Fresnel as opposed Camera centered one. I think the latest version of UDK has a Function called Fresnel under Material Library. Use that, and stick in the Camera slot Light Vector instead.… -
